Guide to Fishing Event

Difficulty scales with the fish your going to catch. Legendary will be harder to catch.

How to play

Bait is a currency required to play. Can be gotten by completing mission, buying packs, or exchanging for broken line (up to a certain amount).

Hold to reel in. Release to give slack. Line will break if you give too much slack or reel in too fast.

• When the fish is red = give more slack
• Yellow = reel but don’t get too close to the end.
• Green = reel for all you got but get ready to stop if it changes color.

Harder fish will require you to be closer to the ends and risk breaking the line.

• King fish certificates = gotten from catching legendary fish.
• Fishing points = gotten from catching any fish.

Rewards claimed

Depends on people’s gear for what the best option is. (Feel free to ask but recommended to wait closer to end to see what you have to use).

Upgrades

As you progress you will get your rod automatically upgraded and discover new lands. These upgrades are unlocked by reaching the set milestones in game. Fishing rod helps you get more rare fish. New land grants different fish that scale how heavy they are.

Milestones are set by total weight caught.

Packs

Fishing rods can be gotten to upgrade your fishing rod to make getting rare fish easier to catch (not suggested as worth it). The other packs are for bait to catch more fish overall.

Rankings

Groups of 5 to add a bit of competition though the rewards are on the low end so focus on the other rewards more.
