Emitani

Emitani of the Beyond Basics faction (Level 2) is in Florawish town tending to his garden. The theme is “Sculted Joy” and you need Sweet clothes and around 13k score for perfect.

The Sovereign of Elegance

I just perfected the sovereign of elegance with ~46k. I estimate you need +45k because with 40k I got a Great score. For anyone interested this is the outfit I used:

The whole Miracle Outfit: Wisful Aurosa lvl 5
Outerwear: Tide of Memories lvl 6 (this one didn’t even had the tags i just used it because is what gave more score)
Pendants Windswept Plume lvl 5
The 3 Rayplume eurekas at max level

Merian

Merian walks around the Bug Catcher’s Cabin (directly at the teleport device). I went there at around 19:00 (7pm) on a sunny day.

You’ll need around 20-21k points for Perfect I think.

Jacques

Jacques was there for me at around 9 pm. You’ll need abt 20k points. I went with a leveled up version of the Bye-Bye Dust ability outfit.

Add some accessories for some more points and your top rated eurekas (mine were these in this case)

Cantore

Cantore was on a sunny day challengeable during the day. You’ll need around 20k points again. I went with a leveled version of the ability outfit wind of purity. Instead of the outfits standard hair I went with lvl. 5 Morning sunlight hair (from standard banner).

The jacket Handsome silhouette (lvl.6)

Your highest rated gloves, socks and shoes.

Note: You won’t need these exact ones or at that exact level, this was just what I used.

Fatiqua

Fatiqua was at the Pavillion at 1 pm for me there. I went with the same outfit as I used on Cantore. Estimated around 20k points again for her.

How to Defeat the Last Two Sovereigns

Someone asked me how I defeated the last two sovereigns, so I thought I’d share it here in case anyone else finds it helpful. These are f2p-friendly (except for 2 items which are 4* from the permanent banner), though they can be very grindy. Keep in mind that some details may not be 100% accurate, as I don’t remember exactly what I used, and I now have some items leveled up further. I’ll mention when that’s the case.

The Sovereign of Sexy

I used everything (hair, dress, socks and shoes)but accessories of the Starwish Echoes at lvl 5 (this is the last outfit you get from Kilo).

In outerwear I used Tide of Memories at lvl 5 since it what I had at the moment that gave me the most points, so basically put whatever gives you the most points here.
In accessories I used the ones from Wind of Purity (Ability outfit) at level 5 since they have the Romance tag.
In erukeas i used the 3 heart kiss pieces at max level.

In the pics you have the outfit for reference and the score. The only difference is that both the headwear and the pendant are lvl 8 so you will get less point but it might still be enough to defeat her.

UPD. I finally perfected the Sovereign of Sexy with a score of 56k, so that’s what you’ll need! If you pulled for the Flutter Storm outfit it won’t be too complicated, you’ll just need to glow it up. BUT if, like me, you didn’t pulled for it, maybe this can help you (so much grind).

I used the whole Starwish Echoes outfit at max level (lvl10).

For outerwear I used Gentle Starshine at lvl 5.
The outfit only has 3 accessories, so for the other 2 I used Headwear Cowning Spring and Pendant Ray of Light (both are from the Wind of Purity outfit) at max level.
For eurekas I used the 3 Heart Kiss pieces at max level.

The Sovereign of Fresh

I used the whole Whindswept Wheat outfit (the second one you get from Kilo) at level 4.

Also you can use Floral Memory (Gliding Ability Outfit) at lvl 7 and it works too! If you don’t already have Whindswept you will be using less energy leveling this up than farming for Whindswept.

In outerwear I used Emerald Fluttering (permanent banner) at lvl 5. If you have any other item with some of the tags use that one at the same level and it should work.
The outfit only has 4 accessories so the last one i added was Gloves: Clover’s touch (permanent banner) at lvl 5. Same thing as the outerwear.
In eurekas I used the 3 Rayplume pieces at max level.

Sieyeda

To find Sieyeda, you need to set your time to 20:00 or dusk, then give them a little bit to let them arrive to their stylist spot. you can find them between the Aurosa valley warp and the Ascetic camp warp!
