Introduction

This guide is written based on my own experiences and testing. The build focuses on the end game where players have max level rune sets, more than 16k talent feathers, and total power level from 70-million and up. This build only work for PvP. If you want to play PvE swap to xBow.

The build base on the idea that I want to make sacred hunter (Lbow) stand out between other classes. I don’t want Lbow to become a worse version of any other classes.

These combinations on LBow builds that I tested and they have many weakness.

  • Crit/skill crit = worse version of darklord. No damage.
  • Regen/counter = worse version of warrior. Can counter mage regen but fail badly when face with xbow and warrior use clone.
  • Crit/combo = worse version of xbow. To be honest, if you want to play glassy cannon, swap to xbow will be better than lbow.
  • Skillcrit/regen/crit = worse version of prophet.

The build came from idea that I want a character with good survivability meanwhile I still have enough damage to kill opponents, and increase dps overtime, also works good with debuffs in parking war and brawl.

I don’t call this a tanky build or sustain build. Because I don’t use x5 hp statues, and I fight like a mage but deal damage as an archer. I call this hybrid build because we have little of everything to deal with specific opponents, flexible, and fun to play with.

Mechanics

In the order to achieve the goals above, I have to sacrifice crit rate and crit damage. Because most players in high rank always have high crit res, if we use high crit rate, then every crit attack will get reduce by their crit res. So I only keep my crit rate around 25% and 35%, this is enough to keep up the 40% damage passive. Most of the damage comes from non-crit-attack. This passive works good enough to keep up dps. Meanwhile, we still maintain enough crit damage to finish the opponent last 10% hp, criticaled attacks will add up like a cherry on the top at the end of the fight. 

This build is based on 2 classes passives of longbow for damage and class active skill for defense

  • Boost all damage by 40% this will scale up our damage overtime from all items buffs. We only need decent crit rate to maintain this passive up time.
  • This passive allows you to deal damage when your atk is low. This skill also scales up with your basic attack multiplier. Good against regen build.
  • This skill gives huge boost for combo attack and also stops opponent skill cooldown.

Pros

  • Gives you a chance to win against cheetah users without using cheetah
  • Have good survivability to keep up with mage/tamer and warrior.
  • Have decent dps to finish clone and opponent
  • Easy to build
  • Low cost maintainance.

Cons

  • need time to build up dps.
  • Easy to die when faced with max dps build (if you dont have decent setup)
  • Very hard to finish opponent last 10% hp.
  • The fight usually take more than 20sec
  • Require a little bit of pvp knowledge and patience. 

Offense mechanism

  • 1% max hp passive (basic attack)
  • Non crit attack (combo and basic attack)
  • Combo attack (crit and Multishot from Avian)
  • 40% dmg boost passive
  • Clone skill: one of big factor for your damage source. 

Defense mechanism

  • Debuff skills
  • Defense/debuffs/summon Artifact, mount, wings
  • Regen from gear.
  • High damage resistance and fast active skill cooldown
  • Class active skill stops all opponents active skills cooldown

You will get beat by Xbow badly if you don’t have enough crit res (more than 2.7k), and xbow designed to be a rival of Lbow. However, if you satisfy all the requirements you can beat xbow cheetah.

Build Keynotes

General defense/pvp/parking (Ly’s setup)

  • 2700 crit Res. The ratio of crit res is 1/3 of opponent crit dmg. (Ex: assume they have 7000 crit dmg then you should have at least 2300 crit rest.
  • 4000 crit dmg. Crit dmg ratio is x2 or 2.5 of opponent crit res.
  • 4.54% hp regen. Regen 4% to 5%. In the order to get this, need to wear at least 6 pieces of combo/regen.
  • Hp > atk > def. Hp should be around 220B to 250B+ at 80m pwr. Atk should be 1500M+ . For 60m pwr, 120b hp, and 1100m atk.
  • Combo res must be more than 45%. 60%+ is the best for against archer. Meanwhile keep counter res around 30%. Skill res around 20%+
  • 35000% combo dmg. Combo dmg as high as possible
  • Combo rate 93%. Combo rate: 90–100%
  • Crit rate: 30%. Ratio should be 25–50%. Dont make crit rate higher than 50%. Most of dps comes from non-crit hit. But we do need critical hit to keep 40% atk passive.
  • Talent: ascension, temp, gale, and Endless outburst. If you have extra take fury red node for extra regen and dmg res.
  • Avian: Cloud.
  • Artifact: Torch.
  • Mount: Space ship. 
  • Backwing: Pepe.
  • Statues: x5 combo dmg.
  • Pals: Deer, Hydrosprite, Panda, snow sprite, banana.
  • Skills: Clone, Blitz, Smokebomb/Dragonic, Disarm, Slashes.

Build Steps

Follow these steps:

  • Stay alive: dead body doesn’t deal damage
    1. Grab pink crit res rune lvl 20 first
    2. Grab IronWall rune set (crit res set)
    3. Pick any defensive Mount/artifact/back wings below
    4. Increase your hp regen by using 7 regen pieces 
  • Stability: increase the fighting time
    1. Get specific rune against specific classes, such as skill res rune to against Mage, counter res rune for warrior setup.
    2. Increase total hp and damage res to make the fight longer
    3. Use debuff and summoner skills/items to make opponents hard to hit you
    4. If you have extra feathers try to get ignore combo/counter more than 30%. 
  • Increase dps overtime:
    1. Use talent skills: ascension, Temporal, Gale
    2. Get any cooldown reduction items: Cloud, Fallen Angel, umbrella, Blue fan…
    3. Use any max hp% effect: Pepe wing, pumkin tank, blade pierce, Dragonic,…

Attribute Details

My stats when I was 96mil power:

  • Crit rate only need around 25% to 50%. Ascension talent and other items passive will buffs in the fight.
  • Combo rate should between 90% to 100%. If the attack not proc combo then we will have more chance to proc 40% dmg passive and 1% hp attack.
  • Ignore stun: as high as you can if you planning against Mage stun build.
  • Regen: at least 4%, under 4% doesn’t show effective in real fight.
  • Crit damage: the ratio is x2 or 2.5 opponents crit res. I makes it 4000% because opponent avg crit res was 1.7k. This stat also get buff from torch and other items.
  • Crit res: the ratio is ⅓ opponent crit damage. 
  • Basic atk multiplier: this stat affect your hp% attack/skills (dev not confirm but the note in game shows they effected). However, raising this stat will take lots of resources . Don’t go crazy on this.
  • Combo damage: if you are playing hybrid mixed with hp statues, try to keep combo dmg higher than 25000%. Otherwise, make this stat as high as you can.

Skills

  • Clone: main skill, this is the only skill help us burst opponent down
  • Blitz
  • Slashes: huge atk boost, huge dmg res boost
  • Disarm: this skill is always stay when you attack or defense Xbow. 
  • Pick one of this for offense:
    • Smoke bomb: little bit dps boost to pair with smoke bomb but easy to miss if opponent use Pepe gun or torch
    • Blade Pierce: we need max hp % atk. Easy miss if opponent use summoner artifact/clone.
    • Dragonic: another max hp atk, this good for against warrior, specially Regen swordman
  • Pick one of these for Defensive:
    • Purple Cactus: use this in offense setup when you attack xbow. 
    • Breezy: good for against warrior/mage

Talents

  1. Need at least 16k feathers
  2. Grab Gale first, then get second combo dmg node
  3. Grab Ascension second, then get crit dmg node
  4. After this level all combo dmg, crit dmg, crit res node to lvl 15. The rest of feathers will go to specific damage res (combo res, counter res, skill res)
  5. For players have more than 20k feathers, grab Temporal as third final node.
  6. Last final node will be Endless outburst.
  7. Level up combo, crit, crit res, dmg res evenly

Here is my talent for general defense 32k feathers:

Pals

  1. Panda: gives more regen hp
  2. Hydrospite: extra cooldown, this is the main pal
  3. Deer: damage res, we need lots of dmg res
  4. Banana / chicken / dragon: I use banana for more combo rate.
  5. Pick one of these:
    • Snow sprite: if fight with archer
    • Digimon pal;  crit res, against warrior/archer
    • Eggplant: more crit rate to keep last class passive for burst opponent down good to use in attack setup or against regen build.
    • Any pal give defense effects.
    • Pink Dragon/Chicken Hood is also an option for added DPS. 

Statues

  • For attack setup: I used x5 combo dmg.
  • For defense setup: I used x5 combo dmg, however x5 hp also work great. 

You can also use mixed statues such as x3 hp + x2 atk, or x3 hp + x2 combo. They give similar results, but easy to get countered by opponents using max dps build.

Relics

Runes

  • X4 Set crit res
  • X2 Set basic atk or crit damage
  • Priority substats:
    • Basic atk >= combo dmg > combo dmg res > skill dmg res > counter dmg res > others

Focus on global stats attack and hp will take most of your scrolls.

Then distribute the rest for crit res (for archer/warrior setup), crit dmg (mage/regen builds setup), basic attack 10 lvl (for fun… you can keep this at lvl 1).

Avians

  • Affixes:
    • No speeding + crit res. 
    • Last 2 affixes are optional between combo dmg (blue), crit dmg (blue), multishot, or lightning. 
  • Anibus is for defensive option
  • Cloud for Endless outburst users, or general pvp. I use Cloud, Dabs use Anibus.

Mounts

Any defensive mount can work.

  •  I tested with Space Ship and this gives good results because it boosts 12% atk and 12% dmg res, and lots of hp shields.
  • Offensive option: (only use when your char can stay alive)
    • Pumpkin Tank
    • Panda 
    • Watermelon 
    • Skyward Blaze
    • Cheetah: personally, i don’t use cheetah because we can’t beat them if we use same stuffs with them.
  • Defensive options: (recommend)
    • Space Ship
    • Blue Ox
    • Storm rider    
    • Diving Duck

Artifacts

Any defense / debuffs / summoner artifact work. 

I use Torch because this gives extra minion shield to stop xbow attack chain, also redirects mage’s skills. In addition, torch gives lots of boost when the summoning effect ends. 

  • Pepe/siren/alien gun: great for fight longer than 20s.
  • Chrismas Tree: good debuffs and deal great hp% .

Back accessory

  • Umbrella: work good if your fight is longer than 20s. If you cant stay alive at second skill rotation (10th sec to 15th sec) dont use this umbrella
  • Pepe: i use this for general pvp, the max hp% attack and heal is very nice for parking war. This also help finish opponent faster.
  • Tiger Wrath: use this if your fight short. You can snipe opponent the max hp% effect.
  • Alien Dimension: work great against Archer. I use this for my anti xbow setup. However, the effect is fading overtime, so Mage can finish you after the alien’s effect gone.
  • Fallen Angel: one of the strongest back accessory for this build. The cooldown and atk spd buffs are what we need.
