This is a guide to a pretty basic dmg based Longbow.
Guide to Shadow/Sacred Hunter

First of all, that’s me, Lonewolf from Fr-185, 50M in Power.
And yes, i could use some more crit, im just not getting the gear. For your Equipment, mainly focus on combo crit. Although some people use different stats like regen, evasion or stun, ive found for my Stage, i mainly use only two.
Those are the skills/pals i use for ranged bosses. If your wondering: slime, snake, crocodile and the machine boss from world 10 are melee bosses, all others are ranged.
- Clone: 3,5 sec.
- Disarm: 0 sec.
- All other: 3 sec.
My relics for pve. As you can see, not leveled up very much, im saving so i can get Place 1 in the next Relic Rush and finally get the slime mount.
5x Combo dmg, its just the best you can get after getting the pink ATK soul.
Speaking of souls, here they are, in the next Rush every soul on the upper rank will hopefully be on lvl 40, you dont really need high levels on all of the bottom ones.
Back Accessory: i leveled them up equally until now, at some point i know its best if you only go for atk.
And for the Talent nodes, first focus on the bottom right path of the archer tree, after that idk what im gonna go for, i will see whats best.
Next, enchantments. Its taking very long for me to get good enchantment runes. I am trying to raise the stats that i didn’t do in my eq. This includes evasion, stun and launch aswell as combo dmg or basic atk dmg on every piece.
I would say its:
- S: ignore Stun/ignore Launch
- A: Combo dmg
- B: Ignore Evasion/Launch/Crit or Skill res
- C: Boss dmg/Basic atk Dmg/Stun/Counter, Combo or Pal dmg res
- D: Everything else
Mounts: first go for the pyrebreaker. It gives you 10% extra ignore evasion as well as a pretty nice crit chance boost in long battles against bosses or beasts. Also it can be used to farm these items to empower the mount when you park it.
I will also probably keep using it for pve, since those battles are pretty long usually.
- For PvP: Use the Blue Ox or the Slime, depending on who you are facing.
- Warriors: Slime
- Longbow and Xbow: Ox
- The other two: Whatever worst best.
Or you are one of the lucky ones to pay a lot and get the cheetah, then all of that doesn’t matter.
Coming to the back accessory. If you have/had paid a lot, use the trapped wrath. It does hella much dmg. If you paid a little, go for lustrous plumage. It helps a lot with survivability. If you’re f2p, don’t worry, emerald embrace boosts your combo dmg for every combo executed 60 times.
And finally, the artifact.
- F2p: use the hammer.
- For big spenders there are a lot of possibilities.
Most of the artifacts can be used in a great way. I’m not a big spender, so i can not really tell you much about it.
Almost forgot the avian. Try to come as close as possible to this.
