Omniheroes – New Oracle Shop Priority Guide (S5 Heroes)

Oracle Shop Priority (S5 Heroes)

By Azu

Overview

S5 heroes will be added to the Oracle Shop after the current season ends, starting with Aphrodite, Wu Zetian, and Hades (in this order).

To address the obvious debate: yes, Leandra is strong in the early game. However, in my opinion, she’s a “bait hero,” and investing in Dahlia yields far better long-term results. That said, you’re free to choose based on your playstyle—if you prefer Leandra, go for her first.

Priority Order for “Must-Have” Heroes

  • Dahlia to 7
  • Elmer to 7
  • Ophelia & Astrid to 6
  • Mulan to 7
  • Ophelia & Astrid to 7
  • Sera and Catherine (Login Reward): Build them up to 7 and then upgrade to 8 for “free”.

These are the main heroes you’ll need for both PVP and PVE. The heroes listed below don’t need to be followed in order—pick them based on what you need to progress, especially in RO, as it yields the most rewards. Remember, Omniheroes isn’t a race; play at your own pace and focus on being reactive. Save resources like Oracle Coins and Hero Selector Tickets during the early to mid-game, as they are crucial for long-term progression.

Work on Audrey, Wu Zetian, and Aphrodite to 8.

Progression Guide

How to Proceed After Following This Priority Order:

  • Your next steps will depend on the current meta synergy and your hero roster.

General Rule:

  • Finish upgrading all your 7* heroes from previous guides to 8* before moving on to focus on meta-based synergies.

Meta Synergy Priorities

  • Pick heroes based on the current meta in the field you want to focus on.

Ethereals

  • Wukong: Focus on 8-12 (requires red runes).
  • Elowyn: Keep at 8; no need to advance further.
  • Lysandra: Skip unless there’s a specific need for her.

Vals

  • Hades: Top priority for 8 (the only viable Vals hero outside of Elmer).
  • Leandra: Good for Nightmare Abyss Crusade but situational.
  • Nyx: A third option, mainly for PVP DPS.

Mystifiers

  • Mulan, Catherine, and Astrid: These heroes should ideally reach 12-star, but Catherine takes the highest priority for both PVE and PVP.

Avengers

  • Aphrodite: Amazing for both PVE and PVP; focus on her first.
  • Janna: Fine at 8 but highly valuable at 12 for both PVP and runes.
  • Althea: Support hero; can stay at 8 unless you need her later.

Glorians

  • Audrey/Wu Zetian: Both are incredible in both PVE and PVP.
  • Gloria: Decent in both fields, but secondary to Audrey/Wu Zetian.
  • Ariana: Skip unless you’re building for seasonal PVP.

Reflect Team

  • Lamia & Madelyn: Keep at 8 as fillers for seasonal PVP or Doom.

Important Notes for F2P/Low Spenders

Royals Are Slow to Build

  • You’re limited to one per month, making progress slow.
  • Prioritize getting all Royals to 8 stars, as they may become essential for future content.

Avoid Advancing Beyond 8*

Unless you’re out of the mid-game and they’re crucial for progression or events, avoid pushing Royals or any hero beyond 8 stars unless you’re spending or get lucky with free copies.

Conclusion

Focus on heroes that are meta and necessary but aim to eventually get all Royals to 8 stars. Once you’re past the mid-game, selectively invest in pushing key heroes beyond 8 stars based on your needs. This approach allows you to be well-prepared for future content while conserving resources. And again, it’s an idle game, take things slow, hoard things if they don’t give you any instant benefit and use them when needed!
