1×1 Single Lane MultiColor Mixer

Inputs 1 Lane of of each primary color (RGB) and a wire of the desired color, and outputs 1 full pipe of that color. Uses my own spin on color coding inputs and white mixing.

To Ensure White Works: Which ever color is input to the top floor set the signal producer that is next to that fluid gate with the wire running from it to the color. This ensures that the 3rd color is being added on white production.
