Functional Tic-Tac-Toe

Required:

3rd floor.
All three upgrades about wires and logic components.
2×2 squared foundation.
At least one channel available in the global wire transmitter (uncolored channel by default).
Labels (optional).

Instructions:

Search the foundation in the center.
Search the zone in the foundation with the 3×3 grid of buttons and displays.
Move to the third floor (So the wires and all of that don’t distract you that much).
Start playing by toggling the buttons.

To restart the game:

Search the button on the top right of the playable area.
Set it.
Unset the toggled buttons during the game.
Unset the restart button.

It has been fun building it. Hope you enjoy and apologies for the mess of wires if you try to understand what’s going on.
