What Does Each Set Bonus Do?

Check this list of short explanations:

  • Attack: Adds +15% Attack for every 2 pieces equipped; an excellent set for your attacker units
  • Ambush: Adds + 10% Attack and + 5% speed for every 2 pieces equipped; a good mix of attack and speed for your attacker units
  • Boost: Increases the duration of buffs a unit grants by 1 turn for every 4 pieces equipped; good in situations where a buff lasting longer can make all the difference
  • Critical: Adds + 5% Critical Rate and + 10% Critical Damage for every 2 pieces equipped; an excellent set if you want to focus on critical attacks
  • Defense: Adds +15 % Defense for every 2 pieces equipped; a good way to reduce damage taken
  • Protection: Adds + 10% Defense and + 20 Security for every 2 pieces equipped; a good way to reduce damage taken and reduce the chances of being inflicted with debuffs
  • Decimation: Improves the damage a unit’s damage over time effects deal by 10% for every 2 pieces equipped; perfect for scaling up the damage of your DoT-focused damage dealers
  • Hacking: Adds + 30 Hacking for every 2 pieces equipped; this will help with inflicting important debuffs
  • Fortitude: Adds + 15% HP for every 2 pieces equipped; Good for units that have to take a lot of damage or rely on HP for scaling
  • Leech: Repairs the unit for 15% of damage dealt for every 2 pieces equipped; this can help your offensive units stay alive on their own
  • Repair: Improves the repair a unit causes by 20% for every 2 pieces equipped; an excellent way to increase the staying power of a unit and even your entire team
  • Reflect: Reflects 10% of the damage taken back to the attacking unit; allows your tougher units to punish the enemy
  • Revenge: Increases a unit’s damage dealt by 25% of missing HP for every 2 pieces equipped; a good way to amplify the damage of retaliation-focused units
  • Shield: Generates shield based on 4% of the unit’s maximum HP every turn for every 2 pieces equipped, and can stack up to 100% additional hp on the shield over the maximum hp. This is a good way to add extra survivability to your units
  • Speed: Adds + 15% Speed for every 2 pieces equipped; if you have to act early this set can help
  • Cloaking: Grants the unit 2 turns of stealth when 2 pieces are equipped; using more pieces of this set will not grant extra turns of stealth. Stealth can prevent a unit from being targeted.

Abyss Specific Gear

  • Abyssal Assault: Adds + 15% Attack and + 5% Critical Damage for every 2 pieces equipped; using this set can result in a lot of damage.
  • Abyssal Safeguard: Adds +15% HP and +10 Security for every 2 pieces equipped; an excellent way to increase both Hitpoints while also guarding against debuffs.
  • Abyssal Ward: Adds +15% Defense and +5% HP for every 2 pieces equipped; the perfect way to increase the survivability of a unit.
  • Abyssal Breach: Adds +30 Hacking and +5% Critical chance for every 2 pieces equipped; Excellent equipment for debuff-focused units that also benefit from critically hitting.
