Terraria – How to Build an Auto Soul and Mimic Farm

The Biome

Build this farm in the caverns biome. You can tell you’re in the caverns biome by using a depth meter or by looking at the background, which changes to rocks.

The Proportions

• Main box: Dig a big hole as shown in the picture.

• Trap: Make a pyramid with lava in the middle. The size isn’t too important, but make it 9 blocks tall so mobs can’t jump out.

• Mimic activator: Put dart traps on the sides (green wire) and connect them to a 1-second timer.

Enemy Spawn Rate

To get more enemies to appear, make a small jungle area near your cabin. Use 140 mud blocks with jungle seeds. Also use a water candle from the dungeon to increase spawns.

Other Biomes You Can Use

• Corruption/Crimson/Hallow: Use 300 blocks of these types to create these biomes.

• Desert: Use 1500 sand blocks to make a desert area.
• Snow: Use 1500 ice blocks to make a snowy area.
