Boss Clearing

Game Experience

After grinding through 50+ maps, the game feels tiresome:

  1. Low probability of receiving equipment items
  2. Low rewards for killing bosses, not worth the 30-minute effort
  3. Better to speedrun for map loot +200
  4. Considering P2W (Pay to Win)
  5. Don’t nerf Annette

Useful Tips and Tricks

Townhall Quests

If you’re starting, note that you’ll eventually need to have all skills evolved.

Experiment with different skills. When you’re asked for them, you might already have them.

Skill Books

You need a book to get a skill evolution. Avoid picking them up until you have a skill ready to evolve.

You’ll get more books than you need, so you can still pick them without an evolution ready. Just be mindful.

Resources

Gathering wood can be a pain. Check for deals at the market or run your highest map (wherever the drops are higher) and do quick grab-and-die runs.

Gold

For gold, you’ll want to finish the level, unlike the targeted resources strategy. Bosses drop a nice amount of gold.

Heroes

Aerin

  • Aerin is considered a very strong heroine. The fireballs always fly towards a target.
  • If you get piercing strikes, this will be brutal.
  • Unfortunately, I do not yet own that hero.

Truffaldino

  • Truffaldino has -25% cooldown when moving. That’s a great bonus to have.
  • You’ll be shooting about 33% faster, which means more damage.

Mysterious Mr S

  • If you’re lucky enough to pull this legendary hero, you’ll see that you trade off +20% cooldown for a +25% chance of double skill activation and a +20% chance of double damage.
  • This adds up to +25% damage, which is nice.
