The Radio Tower

This quest unlocks Makeshift Camp!

The tower and lab look like this on map. Enter the gated  tower area from the southeast (down-right).

Once you arrive there, hit “F” to investigate and that will complete the task. There is no need to go further  to complete the task.

Fix the Radio Tower

For this mission you will get a free “Repair Kit for Radio Tower” which appears in your inventory.

If you lose it, lose it during the gameplay, you will be able to buy another one from the Doctor In The Bunker (He is located in the hospital area, on the bottom right of the Bunker). You need to have  a repair kit on this mission to repair the radio tower.

Helpful Tips:

Hit “F” to repair the tower (all the way on the top left of the gated radio tower area).

Avoid the blue electrical storms, they will shock you. Shoot them from a safe distance, you can “kite” them until you kill them. HP/FMJ ammo works best for these enemies, make sure to loot the blue crystals they carry as that is useful for a bunch of crafted items.
